Kristine Steinberg, MA founded Kismet Consulting in 2002. She brings 15 years of combined professional coaching and business experience to her clients. Prior to founding Kismet, she worked as a Senior Career Coach in prestigious Universities such as Tufts, Brandeis and the University of Vermont and then transitioned from Academia to Corporate to become the in-house Global Career and Executive Coach for Bain & Company, a top-tier, international strategy consulting firm. Here she successfully coached Ivy League MBA consultants in Bain's Boston and New York offices and provided job search and career consultations to Bain Alumni worldwide.

Kristine holds a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. She has also completed advanced coach training in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching through The Coach Training Institute & The Center for Right Relationship. Kristine is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA); Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) and is a Qualified Administrator of the DISC™; Workplace Motivators™; Myers Briggs™ and Strong Interest Inventory™ Assessments.
