Terms & Conditions Policies
Upon purchase of any Kismet programs, the purchaser agrees to the following company policies. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the website, you are agreeing to these policies and any future revisions during your membership term. As a company, we will do our best to inform our users of any adjustments made, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware and comprehend the following policies.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a session you have scheduled with Kismet, please provide 24-hour notice or you will be subject to paying in full. Kristine will do her best to be flexible should a medical or life emergency occur. No refunds will be permitted for previous payments. However, credit will be applied for a future service if you are within the 24-hour cancellation window. Kristine will provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling needed on her end unless an emergency has occurred.
Refund Policy:
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided. Kismet will deliver on the services purchased and once Kismet has provided these services, no refunds will be provided. If you or Kristine have to reschedule your service, you will be given credit for that service at a future date agreed to by both parties.
Medical Attention:
Kristine Steinberg, her team, and content-providers are not licensed medical care providers and do not provide medical or psychological advice or treatment. Consult your healthcare providers should you need medical or psychological attention.
Confidentiality:
Kismet will only release information about the Client and what is discussed via email or during sessions if there is reason to believe Client is going to harm themselves or others.
Non-disclosure and Intellectual Property:
Kismet will not voluntarily communicate Client’s personal or professional information shared within sessions or emails. To protect the intellectual property of Kismet and the intellectual property of other coaching/training resources that Kismet might provide, Client agrees not to disperse, share, or reuse the coaching/training materials, techniques, methods, recordings or any other such information unless Client has the written permission from Kismet and/or the written permission of the source of that intellectual property.
