Smooth Transitions
When it makes sense for an employee to move on from your organization, we step in and ease the transition. This is a pivotal time for both the organization and the departing employee. Using an outside coach allows the employee to vent about their circumstances and feel validated. Our goal is to provide a safe forum to discuss feelings then coach people towards action and encourage them to reflect on the positive aspects of their experience

Aggregate Exit Interview Data: we collect exit interview data over 6-12 month periods and aggregate it to show themes (both positive and negative) and make recommendations on how to improve company standards
