Kismet approaches team building from a data driven standpoint. Team dynamics are complex and are tough to tease apart without objectivity. We are trained to administer and deliver the data derived from the Myers Briggs (MBTI) and DISC/Motivators assessments. The information we present provides teams with powerful frameworks to understand both their own contributions to team dynamics as well as their co-workers. Team Building Workshops – Choose from a full or half day workshop. We analyze team member’s personality styles (MBTI) or behaviors/motivators (DISC/Motivators) and present a dynamic, participatory session engaging the team and moving them towards self and team awareness. Participants take away tools that will allow them to be more successful in their communications and behaviors. They learn how to “reach” their colleagues; how to persuade people to see their perspective and how to “get what they need” from each other. These workshops are great for company retreats, off-site planning meetings or for any level of on-site team meetings (from junior to senior executives).

Strategic Planning Based on Core Values – Choose from a full or half day workshop. This is a guided workshop to help key stakeholders in the company identify what your company truly values. Values stand the test of time. New products and services may come and go but values are the essence of your business. The major brands in our marketplace today operate by a set of values that they’ve embodied since their origination. The values identified in this workshop can be used in every day decisions, vision and mission statement creation & strategic business planning. They will be your benchmark and compass.

On-boarding New Employees – Kismet provides confidential and objective ‘outside’ support while an employee ramps up towards success and builds confidence. We also use MBTI and DISC/Motivators assessment information to help new employees and teams understand each other’s motivations, communication styles and cultural preferences. This data helps create smooth, low-stress employee integration.
